About the role

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, sales calls, client visits, and industry events
Achieve sales goals including room nights, banquet, catering, and total account production
Account Management & Client Relationships

Responsibilities

Proactively solicit, develop, and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across Corporate, Government, Association, SMERF, Leisure, Sports, Entertainment, and other segments
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and drive market share growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and account servicing
Monitor account production and develop strategic account plans for long-term growth

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
Strong knowledge of group, corporate, catering, meetings, and leisure sales.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production reports and market data.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

$70,000 to $75,000 annually.
Position is eligible for incentive bonus.
Salary offer is based on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
