Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and export paperwork.
- Partner with Customer Service, Planning, Credit, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan, manage, and monitor shipments.
- Conduct shipment and inventory audits to maintain shipping accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support security and trade compliance initiatives, including CTPAT requirements.
- This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams across the business, gain exposure to global logistics operations, and help drive continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Experience coordinating shipments and working with carriers, freight providers, or transportation partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping, receiving, or a related field.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations.
- Experience with warehouse operations, distribution, or material handling equipment.
Nice to have
- DGD/IATA certification (air freight preferred
- ocean freight a plus).
