Responsibilities

- User Support & Training
Requirements
- Preferably 3-5 years of hands-on experience working as a PACS Administrator or in a similar imaging informatics role, preferably in a hospital or cancer center environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a clinical setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Radiology Technology, or a related field. However, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong working knowledge of PACS systems (experience with GE, Siemens, Philips, Sectra, or Change Healthcare is a plus).
- Solid understanding of DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards, as well as RIS and EHR integration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working closely with both technical and clinical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice to have
- CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional)
- PARCA CPAS or equivalent
- Any vendor-specific PACS certifications
- Experience supporting high-volume radiology workflows and familiarity with oncology imaging protocols is highly preferred.
