Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automotive dealerships and repair facilities to authorize mechanical repairs through the Company's vehicle service contract and limited warranty products.
Requirements
- Experience in dealerships or repair facility
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum one to three years' experience in customer service support role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in computers
- Excellent record keeping and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
