About the role

Responsibilities
- Delivers exceptional internal and external client service in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintains hospitality supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Performs minor patching and painting of interior walls, doors, and ceilings
- Conducts routine maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and functional office environment using the Maintenance Work Order System
- Provides support for meetings and events, including setup, cleanup, and catering assistance
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to varied schedules and unique situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 140 lbs with assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
Nice to have
- Plans and executes scheduled service requests for meetings and office events using the Service Tracker System
- Keeps conference rooms, kitchen areas, and food counters clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Sets up food counters promptly, ensuring readiness by scheduled times.
- Responds quickly and accurately to guest requests and inquiries.
- Shampoo carpets after hours in offices as needed
- Assists with receiving and managing deliveries efficiently
- Assists with other department activities as needed and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Demonstrates bartending skills, including mixology, customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a clean, bar environment in fast-paced settings
