Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and select external partners, providing proactive communication, issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology to ensure seamless execution of investor servicing workflows.
  • Drive recurring reporting cycles and operational processes, including planning, tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance procedures and documentation to support a controlled, audit-ready environment.
  • Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews by providing validated data and subject matter expertise.
  • Act as a resource and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance to support technical development.
  • Demonstrates advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and effectively engage internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and serves as a reliable point of contact for operational matters.
  • Proactively manages stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, timely updates, and consistent follow-through.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investor operations, fund operations, fund administration, transfer agency, or a similar financial services environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting investor onboarding, capital activity, reporting, reconciliations, and operational controls in a regulated environment preferred.
  • FINRA licenses are a plus.

Skills

  • Strong data management capabilities, including validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance of complex data sets.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in systems and processes and contribute to automation and optimization solutions.
  • Experience supporting or leading system implementations, enhancements, and testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of investor operations processes, fund structures, and servicing requirements.
  • Applies critical thinking to evaluate processes, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability of operations.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to connect operational data to broader business context and stakeholder impact.
  • Problem Solving & Organization:
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for multiple complex workflows and deliverables.
  • Clearly communicates complex operational processes, issues, and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
  • Escalates issues strategically, providing context, recommendations, and ownership through resolution.
