High school diploma or GED equivalence plus prior manual labor experience desired.

Ability to read and comprehend written, oral, or diagram forms.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work confidently at heights.
Knowledge of safe operation and use of hand and power tools.
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Good level of physical fitness

Under close supervision, the duties of a scaffolding technician may vary from day to day, based on the needs of the Company.
