About the role

- The Coordinator, Marketing the Senior Director, Marketing and has no direct reports Where and When You'll Work This is a hybrid position and will require occasional commuting to the 8th Avenue ASPCA location.
Responsibilities
- The Coordinator, Marketing reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and supports the planning, execution, optimization and reporting for both brand and audience driven campaigns.
- Integrated Planning and Campaign Support
- Working closely with stakeholders across teams within the Communication and Development divisions, this position supports the development and execution of integrated campaigns that effectively engage key audiences across brand and audience-specific initiatives, including, but not limited to animal welfare professionals (B2B) and policymakers.
- Coordinate day-to-day work with external vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are met
- Partner with creative and event teams to help develop brand activations that drive audience engagement and expand reach
- Collaborate with the corporate partnerships team to support marketing needs tied to development initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for inbound requests from external vendors and prospective brand partners, evaluating and routing as appropriate
- Support marketing team with vendor invoicing process and maintains accurate budget tracking across all marketing initiatives
- Partner with analytics and reporting leads to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure awareness and engagement across campaigns, key moments and priority projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a diverse, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly organize and share information with team members and stakeholders
- Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and tactics used to build awareness and engage audiences required
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines required
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in supporting assigned projects and tasks
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting within marketing, communication, nonprofit, or related environments required
- English (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and/or paid media planning and execution preferred
- Proficient in project management tools is a plus (Asana, AirTable, Clickup, etc.)
Compensation
- Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role.
- The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time.
- The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.
