About the role

Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England.
Our wholesale and retail fuel businesses are multi-branded, which includes Shell, Mobil, Irving, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero, Citgo, Phillips 66, Exxon, and multiple unbranded brands.
Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York.

Order and maintain proper inventory levels for goods, supplies, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Assure that all site employees are adequately trained on safety policies and procedures and maintains adequate controls to verify compliance to these
Maintain safety and security of the store and document any accidents or incidents that occur
Manage the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the perimeter of the store

Performs other related duties as required
Must be able to lift to 35 pounds at times
Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
Proven customer service experience, with track record for problem solving.
Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment
Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.
Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service
Proficient food and beverage knowledge
Computer literate
Strong motivational and people skills

Suggest possible purchases to the customers and promote specials
Responsible for doing what is necessary to minimize the safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers.
