Job Description Summary: The Manufacturing Systems Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment, test systems, and supporting infrastructure.
This role ensures high equipment uptime through preventive maintenance, rapid response to downtime events, and continuous improvement of system reliability.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing and test equipment
Track PM completion, document findings, and update maintenance records
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Support setup, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and systems
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve system performance
Support change implementation and configuration updates
Maintain connectivity of production equipment (ethernet, basic networking)
System & Process Support
IT / Network Support (Light Industrial IT)
Support system imaging, software updates, and user access as needed

Associates degree or equivalent repair/maintenance experience in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Escalate complex issues and coordinate with engineering when required
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
