ability to work with financial systems (Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate Automated Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF) a plus)
Real estate background and experience with Argus strongly preferred
Systems-oriented, tech-savvy

Prepare and document annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, including all supporting documentation such as leasing templates, tenant analysis, property and portfolio analysis, and other various financial/performance metrics.
