About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a highly proactive partner to multiple marketing leaders, supporting the full campaign lifecycle-from pre-production through launch and beyond-while helping drive creative development, and execution forward.
- Own the development and upkeep of core campaign materials-including executive presentations, one-sheets, recaps, and creative briefs-delivering work that is clear, strategic, polished, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Support and help drive creative production across AV, print, and digital-providing thoughtful, actionable feedback to internal teams and external partners to maintain consistency and elevate the work.
- Track and manage campaign budgets in close partnership with Finance, Operations, and vendors-monitoring spend, identifying efficiencies, and keeping leadership informed with clear, accurate updates.
- Own the coordination of legal and compliance workflows, ensuring all materials are properly reviewed and approved while proactively communicating requirements and timelines to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to support and operate alongside senior executives in high-visibility, fast-moving environments, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive, solutions-first mindset and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep workstreams moving without constant direction.
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to build trust quickly and operate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience at a network or studio executing integrated entertainment marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience managing creative agencies and production vendors end-to-end.
- Deep working knowledge of both the creative and technical sides of key art, AV, and digital production-able to engage in the details and push work to a higher standard.
- Exercises sound judgment and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation
- $85,000 - $95,000
- Annual discretionary bonus and merit increase
