About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery during sales, guiding feasibility conversations, scoping integrations, and setting realistic expectations around what Charta can (and can't) do.
  • Understand workflows, set up integrations that map to real clinical and operational needs, and deliver high ROI for each customer.
  • Are a clear, confident communicator who builds trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can guide complex conversations with clarity.
  • Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.
  • About the Opportunity We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead Charta's customer engagements end-to-end, from early discovery through successful deployment.
  • You'll be the connective tissue between our customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring every implementation not only solves real problems but delivers lasting product value.
  • In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales during the pre-sales process to deeply understand customer pain points, shape solution architecture, and build confidence in Charta's ability to deliver.
  • Post-signature, you'll take the lead on onboarding, drive implementation design, and collaborate with Engineering to bring tailored solutions to life.

Requirements

  • You are detail-oriented and obsessed with getting things right for whoever your stakeholders are - whether it's a client workflow, a sales contract, or an engineering spec.
  • Have 2-3+ years of experience in consulting, product, or solutions engineering (or other relevant experience), where you enjoy owning long-term relationships and tackling ambiguous problems.

Compensation

  • $170k-$250k
