About the role

As a Deployment Strategist at Charta, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying, customizing, and optimizing cutting-edge generative AI healthcare solutions directly for our clients.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role on a team that thrives on ownership.
You'll be translating complex customer needs into scalable, repeatable outcomes - helping to shape both our product and our customer experience as we grow.

Lead technical discovery during sales, guiding feasibility conversations, scoping integrations, and setting realistic expectations around what Charta can (and can't) do.
Understand workflows, set up integrations that map to real clinical and operational needs, and deliver high ROI for each customer.
Are a clear, confident communicator who builds trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can guide complex conversations with clarity.
Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.
About the Opportunity We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead Charta's customer engagements end-to-end, from early discovery through successful deployment.
You'll be the connective tissue between our customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring every implementation not only solves real problems but delivers lasting product value.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales during the pre-sales process to deeply understand customer pain points, shape solution architecture, and build confidence in Charta's ability to deliver.
Post-signature, you'll take the lead on onboarding, drive implementation design, and collaborate with Engineering to bring tailored solutions to life.

You are detail-oriented and obsessed with getting things right for whoever your stakeholders are - whether it's a client workflow, a sales contract, or an engineering spec.
Have 2-3+ years of experience in consulting, product, or solutions engineering (or other relevant experience), where you enjoy owning long-term relationships and tackling ambiguous problems.
