About the role
- As a Global Executive Briefing Manager, you will: - Strategic Vision & Operational Excellence: Define and execute the global strategy for the Customer Briefing Program.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a strategic roadmap to transform the center into a high-tech, high-touch showcase of our innovation.
- Partner with Product Marketing to maintain and continuously enhance a cutting-edge content catalog that reflects market trends, technical advancements, and core value propositions.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and support a world-class bureau of internal subject matter experts and executives, ensuring they can deliver high-impact presentations with clarity and conviction.
- Manage the daily physical environment, technology integrations (AV, digital signage, interactive displays), and premium catering/hospitality vendors to ensure an elite, white-glove experience
- Drive scalable growth by introducing automation, modernizing processes, and expanding the program's global footprint.
