About the role

  • We are looking for a Senior Value Attainment Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind Ambience's financial ROI story.
  • This role reports to the Head of Value Attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver pre-sales pro forma models for deals in active negotiation, ensuring value creation assumptions are methodologically sound and grounded in cross-customer benchmarking data
  • Maintain and monitor the cross-customer value dashboard, flagging anomalies, contextualizing individual account results against peer benchmarks, and surfacing insights for leadership
  • Identify and document attribution logic for new value levers, edge cases, and methodology improvements as Ambience's product and customer base evolve
  • Strong written communication - able to document methodology and produce outputs that cross-functional partners can use without translation
  • We operate as a championship team, and that means being ok with hard, uncomfortable, ambiguous problems that lead to real greatness.
  • You will have meaningful autonomy and be expected to drive work to completion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation
  • Track record of delivering analytical work product on deadline in a fast-moving environment

Compensation

  • The base compensation for this role is approximately $147,706-$194,129 per year, excluding equity or bonus targets.

  • 401(k) with a company match of up to 3% of base salary
