  • As a Senior Product Manager over our core experiences, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to shape the future of our product and the platform that powers it, including our new AI helper Berry, Sweetspot, sleep plans, tracking and the technology that makes all this possible. You will gain a deep understanding of user needs and leverage our rich data to ideate, create, test, and scale magical experiences, while building a strong platform that can scale to help even more families thrive.

  • You will gain a deep understanding of user needs and leverage our rich data to ideate, create, test, and scale magical experiences, while building a strong platform that can scale to help even more families thrive.
  • Act as the primary link between engineering, design, marketing, and operations to align on technical solutions and ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with UX research to translate complex user needs and market trends into new and improved features.
  • Drive features through the entire creative cycle, including ideation, technical specification, development, launch, analysis, and iterative improvement.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to build new AI experiences and ensure the platform is scalable, automated, and maintainable.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary link between engineering, design, marketing, and operations to align on technical solutions and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using data analysis to inform decision-making, validate feature ideas, and measure success metrics.
  • Track record of prioritizing and connecting initiatives to broader business priorities.
  • Can-do attitude with a proven track record of getting things done.
  • Experience in direct user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis.
