About the role

Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows that move and transform data across cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
Write and tune complex SQL queries to support analytics, reporting, and data modeling needs.
Support data quality monitoring and validation efforts, helping to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data products.
Collaborate with data scientists, analytics engineers, and business partners to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop familiarity with data governance principles, including metadata management and data lineage.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with equivalent experience accepted.
Awareness of or interest in tools like DBT, Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake, or Kafka - experience with any is a plus.

What You'll Bring 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field - or equivalent demonstrated skills through internships, academic projects, or self-directed work.
Solid foundation in SQL
experience writing queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Exposure to at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for data manipulation, automation, or pipeline development.
