Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams, including sales, product marketing, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive, results-driven project execution.
  • Provide comprehensive event support, including coordinating virtual and in-person events, handling speaker logistics, creating event collateral, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage high-impact marketing content, such as emails, whitepapers, brochures, and social media materials, to elevate brand messaging and drive demand.
  • Manage external agencies and partners, crafting clear briefs and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with global teams and senior leaders to influence high-profile marketing initiatives, including flagship events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing events and supporting global or regional teams.
  • Expertise in marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sprout Social) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
