Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Leader to implement and support HR strategies that meet site-specific
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support on HR-related issues.
- Travel to other sites within the region to provide support as needed.
- The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner I plays a key support role within the HR function, working closely with the HR Director to align people's practices with business goals.
- Able to manage routine HR data tasks and generate reports to support team needs.

Requirements
- HR systems proficiency: Proficient in using basic HR information systems and common office software tools.

- Education and Required Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is desirable.
- Skills Required
- Data support capability: Able to manage routine HR data tasks and generate reports to support team needs.
- Employment law knowledge: Familiar with fundamental labor laws and basic compliance requirements.
