About the role

  • This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and to achieve revenue targets on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • The Regional Manager, Sales - North American Dairy Ingredients will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand the company's market share in various segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones;
  • Create and manage an international sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain sales forecasts for its product category;
  • Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs in which the company participates;
  • Participate to innovation projects and support new product development on dry ingredients.

Compensation

  • Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
  • $106,870 to $140,270
