Responsibilities
- The Regional Manager, Sales - North American Dairy Ingredients will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand the company's market share in various segments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones;
- Create and manage an international sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Maintain sales forecasts for its product category;
- Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs in which the company participates;
- Participate to innovation projects and support new product development on dry ingredients.
Compensation
- Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
- $106,870 to $140,270
