This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and to achieve revenue targets on a global scale.

The Regional Manager, Sales - North American Dairy Ingredients will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand the company's market share in various segments.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones;
Create and manage an international sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
Maintain sales forecasts for its product category;
Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs in which the company participates;
Participate to innovation projects and support new product development on dry ingredients.

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
$106,870 to $140,270
