About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning services, ensuring site cleanliness, project budgets, logistics, scheduling and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
This role requires frequent travel to different job sites, ordering supplies, setting up janitorial operations, scheduling, and resolving client concerns.
Establish cleaning protocols for new job sites, ensuring they comply with safety and cleanliness standards.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Manage logistics for janitorial teams at different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and set up.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.

Prior experience working in or managing construction-related projects is highly preferred for understanding the environment and the needs of post-construction cleanup job sites.

Strong background in managing teams, supplies, and scheduling across multiple job sites.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and staff.
