About the role
- We place candidates on a permanent, full time basis (no contract or contract-to-hire positions).
- This is a work-from-home position when not on client sites, with onsite client visits expected approximately three days per week.
- The right person will be comfortable walking into different business environments, communicating clearly with non-technical users, and representing the company in a professional, helpful, and approachable way.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues efficiently
- Document work performed, ticket updates, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Assist with workstation setups, user onboarding/offboarding, equipment deployments, and basic network support
- Help maintain a positive, professional client experience during every interaction
- Prior experience in an MSP, IT support, field technician, desktop support, or helpdesk role
- For someone who wants to keep building their career, this role can provide a real path toward Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, or other higher-level technical positions as you continue to develop your skills and earn trust with clients.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with end users, and building strong relationships with clients.
