About the role
- SUMMARY The Staff Solutions Architect is Temporal's primary customer-facing technical leader within the New Logo team, with a focus on the Eastern region.
- Your contribution is vital in positioning Temporal against alternative technologies, helping customer engineering teams expand production applications using Temporal, and owning the technical relationship with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Create the conditions in customer engineering organizations that allow them to expand the number of production applications using Temporal
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute an overall account plan
- Own the relationship with customer technical decision-makers in evaluating and operating temporal applications.
- Comfortable discussing distributed system technologies, design decisions, and best practices
- Able to construct application prototypes and follow through with design, development, build, and deployment guidance using one of Temporal's supported languages (Java, Golang, Typescript, Python, PHP)
- Partners well with engineers working at customer organizations
Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000.
- This is a base salary and variable role with a 70/30 split.
