Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark and Airflow to automate critical processes, such as key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize processes, driving innovation in operational workflows.
- Transform complex data into clear and insightful visualizations to inform partners and drive decision making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks and optimizing operational efficiencies.

Requirements

- Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
- Minimum Requirements for Position: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering or related field plus five years (5) of progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Education and/or experience must include:
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor product, system, and business process health.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visual outputs for ongoing monitoring.
- Develop automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
- Apply large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.

Compensation
- $141,773.00 - $162,000.00 per year
