About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer 2 - Contingent to participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Software Engineering.
The position also includes providing information to client personnel in Software Engineering.

Provide technical leadership and influence secure design patterns.
Lead architectural design and development of cybersecurity applications.
Build high-quality software using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Develop APIs and data integrations using GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL.
Support CI/CD delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Collaborate with key technical experts and senior technology teams to resolve complex technical issues.

3 years of experience in JavaScript and related frameworks (Node.js, React, TypeScript).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, MongoDB, and Nomad.
Proficiency with secure coding tools like Black Duck and Checkmarx.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and packaging tools such as npm/Yarn.
Ability to work collaboratively across cybersecurity architecture and engineering teams.
Python proficiency and basic Java familiarity for automation support.
Experience with large data sets, system administration, or networking fundamentals.
