About the role
- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Field Service Representative (Level 3) for a contract opportunity at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.
Responsibilities
- This role serves as a direct interface with the customer, ensuring accurate and timely support of parts, logistics requirements, and aircraft readiness in a mission-critical environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting customer-facing or operational environments, not solely back-office work
- Comfort working with changing priorities and incomplete information
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete all required training and qualification requirements in a timely manner to meet contractual, regulatory, and operational expectations.
- Support warehouse operations as required (including forklift operations).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations.
- Familiarity with USAF supply systems (e.g., FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes).
- Experience with product deficiency reporting.
- Knowledge of hazardous material handling and shipping.
- Ability to interpret technical publications or engineering documentation.
- TRAVEL: travel is unlikely
- possible - less than 10% WORK HOURS: FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
