About the role
- The Strategic Sourcing Manager will report to the Director of Hardware and Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing on our Sourcing team in our Autonomy organization.

Responsibilities
- This is a highly visible role where the Strategic Sourcing Manager is expected to work hands-on with cross-functional teams to build sourcing strategies and drive towards commercial success for the entire organization.

Requirements
- You have 7+ years of procurement experience in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and or AI projects.
- You have MBA and/or JD with significant experience in writing and negotiating contract agreements with vendors in the consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and/or AI space.
- You have sharp attention to detail and believe no task is too big or too small
Compensation
- The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
- Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
- $130,600 - $192,000 USD
