About the role

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Senior Project Scheduler to join our team.
The Senior Project Scheduler is tasked with the development, upkeep, and evaluation of integrated project schedules to facilitate the successful delivery of complex projects.
Play a key role in proposal and planning stages by crafting realistic baseline schedules that perfectly align with the project scope and execution strategy.

Create comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 that drive seamless project planning and execution.
Actively support mitigation and recovery planning, assessing the impact of changes to maintain schedule integrity.
Collaborate effectively across Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure cohesive project advancement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
This position collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee precise planning, efficient performance monitoring, and prompt reporting throughout the duration of the project.

5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software (P6) is essential, while familiarity with MS Project is a definite advantage.
Proficiency in the use of general business software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
