About the role

  • Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Senior Project Scheduler to join our team.
  • The Senior Project Scheduler is tasked with the development, upkeep, and evaluation of integrated project schedules to facilitate the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Play a key role in proposal and planning stages by crafting realistic baseline schedules that perfectly align with the project scope and execution strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 that drive seamless project planning and execution.
  • Actively support mitigation and recovery planning, assessing the impact of changes to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Collaborate effectively across Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure cohesive project advancement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • This position collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee precise planning, efficient performance monitoring, and prompt reporting throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software (P6) is essential, while familiarity with MS Project is a definite advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of general business software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred).

Compensation

  • 90,000 - 110,000 annually DOE & Location
