About the role

  • The Tyler Union and M&H Valve Group, a division of McWane, Inc., is the nation's leading manufacturer of Ductile Iron Waterworks Fittings and Appurtenances has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Recruiter.
  • The main manufacturing facilities are located in Anniston, AL.
  • The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for supporting talent acquisition efforts for Tyler Union and M&H Valve.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions across the foundry
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and maintain job postings and ensure accurate, engaging descriptions for skilled trades and production roles
  • Build pipelines for high-turnover roles
  • Maintain strong relationships with local workforce development organizations, technical schools, and staffing partners
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Relationship Building
  • Work closely with HR and operations to support workforce planning initiatives
  • Maintain complete confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the position.

Requirements

  • Employees may be required to lift to 30 pounds, as needed.
  • Regular walks through the plant are required.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as needed, including safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats.
