About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our Facilities Engineering Team.
You will also oversee daily operations and maintenance to enhance system quality, reliability, and efficiency, directly supporting the high-precision operations of a semiconductor wafer fab.

In this role, you will tackle complex engineering challenges, lead improvement projects, review system designs, and manage critical projects on Exhaust and Process Systems.
These systems are critical to maintaining uninterrupted operations, as they are designed to run 24/7, 365 days a year.
Provide day-to-day support for operational, maintenance, and engineering issues within Facilities Operations Maintenance (FOM).
Manage equipment to ensure utilities meet tight quality fab production requirements.
Support start-up and commissioning of equipment by identifying deficiencies and working with construction to tackle problems. Create start-up step plans to safely start and test equipment before full production.

Possesses knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and systems, including compressors, dryers, fans, heat transfer, and pneumatics.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of experience.
Possess excellent time management and priority setting skills while having the ability to effectively advance multiple activities simultaneously and enable on-time project delivery.
Must be able to coordinate and communicate technical information to and from all levels of the organization.
Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.

1st shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
