About the role
- This position plays a key role in ensuring spare parts availability, inventory accuracy, and effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and inventory management skills, excellent bilingual communication abilities (Chinese and English), and experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Document Control
- Manage, organize, archive, and control spare parts related documents, purchasing records, inventory records, supplier information, and contract documentation.
- Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to maintain inventory records, prepare reports, and perform data analysis.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above
- Experience in inventory control or warehouse management
Nice to have
- Familiarity with automation spare parts such as cylinders, solenoid valves, servo motors, sensors, PLC modules, gearboxes, VFDs, and robot spare parts
- 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or spare parts management experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics coordination
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Experience working in manufacturing, automation, or equipment installation projects
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment operation experience is a plus
Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $70,000 + benefits.
