- We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our team.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sourcing funnels that are organized, warm, and consistently full
- Track response rates, test messaging variations, and continuously optimize what works
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment, and own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to close
- Help manage our external hiring presence, job listings, social content, and job site profiles to attract world-class talent
- You will drive a full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing.
Requirements
- Outbound mindset: You enjoy prospecting, following up persistently, and hitting targets without waiting for perfect direction
- you know how to get responses from busy, in-demand people
Nice to have
- 3 + years of sourcing experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a startup or staffing agency
Skills
