About the role

As a Solutions Engineer on the commercial team, you will work closely with our Data Science, Enterprise Sales, and Executive team to close new business through solution expertise.
For Windfall's commercial sales motion, the role of the Solutions Engineer is multi-faceted.
You will be a strategic advisor to our internal sales team, solutions architect for our prospects, a product representative for demos, and voice of the customer in driving our GTM strategy.

Design and deliver new workflows, tests, and POCs for clients, and make recommendations for new use cases
Partner with commercial sales as the technical arm of relationship selling
Develop deep relationships with the client's technical teams and respect from their commercial organizations
Develop expertise regarding internal tools and administration
Establish & maintain internal relationships with adjoining teams to ensure the seamless external experience
Document customer business objectives, workflow diagrams, and success criteria
By democratizing access to people data, organizations can intelligently prioritize go-to-market resources to drive greater business outcomes.

Minimum of 2+ years in an external client-facing role with great EQ is essential
Prior experience in Solution(s) Role or AdTech/MarTech/Data industry
