About the role
- We will be accepting applications through May 18, 2026 or until filled. --- --- --- The Gogo FAA Certification Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the certification process.
- You will coordinate FAA activities for multiple products and installations on aircraft.
- You will also ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and provide guidance to team members throughout the project.
Requirements
- Required Skills, Experience, and Talents
Nice to have
- Review hardware and software technical documentation and author certification documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience required
- 0-2 years' experience with FAA regulations, procedures and the STC process
- Ability to work effectively and productively with team members and cross functional teams
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- have a positive attitude towards change in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of Engineering related experience and/or experience with FAA regulations, procedures and the STC process
Compensation
- 64,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD Annual
- Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
- Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
