Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events including trade shows, internal events, conferences, and partner activations
- Assist with vendor coordination across venues, catering, AV, fabrication, and other event partners
- Maintain production timelines, run-of-show documents, and event checklists
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to support event objectives
- Support post-event reporting, recaps, and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, hospitality, or related field
- Experience supporting live events, conferences, activations, or productions
- Vast is looking for an Events Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Manager of Experience, to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build human-rated space stations.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting large-scale, corporate, or high-visibility events
- Familiarity with event logistics, vendor management, or production workflows
- Experience in aerospace, technology, or related industries is a plus
- Knowledge of budgeting, expense tracking, or event administration
Compensation
- Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
