About the role

ITM blanket, modules and Silplate Mass projects
Assist contractors (supervisory role for existing contractors with knowledge; setup/training role for new contractors)
Provide link between end-user and contractors (commercial contracts usually with end-users) -

Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to turn complex problems into simple task driven solutions
Experience with company materials, safety procedures and gunning equipment
Science/ Engineering Higher Degree (Chemistry, Material Science)
Experience with refractory and cementitious materials
Proven experience working in CPI, HPI and metal process facilities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 22kg unassisted.
Chemical / Materials manufacturing background with significant "shop floor" exposure
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter and completer finisher
Practical thinker and problem solver
Must be able to work flexible hours or weekends if required
At least 3 years of relevant technical work experience. Refractory experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
