About the role

You will work directly with our team of analysts and developers on configuration, development, integrations, and operational tooling across our application portfolio.
You will learn how production business systems work at a rapidly growing defense technology company.
This internship will allow you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to projects that provide value to our users.

Build and configure within enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Slack) - fields, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards
Support integration work between systems (e.g., NetSuite-Workday, Salesforce data flows) by helping document, test, and validate data and APIs
Help maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, technical specifications, RACI matrices, and on-call response materials
Support user-acceptance testing and change management for in-flight projects

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Solid programming fundamentals (any language), and comfort reading and writing code
Clear written communication and the ability to document your work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This role requires full-time in-office presence (40 hours/week) based at our headquarters in Austin, TX, from August through December
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasional standing and walking within the office
Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies
Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)

Assist with system monitoring and uptime health reporting across our SaaS portfolio
