Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all departments, including complex multi-site loops spanning multiple time zones and last-minute changes
Design and maintain scalable scheduling workflows and coordination processes that improve efficiency as hiring volume grows
Maintain data integrity across Greenhouse and Outlook, ensuring requisitions, pipelines, and interview records are accurate and current
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders without things falling through the cracks
Self-starter who can build structure, solve problems independently, and stay effective when priorities shift

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a related operational role, ideally in a fast-growing tech or research environment
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS, including job postings, pipeline management, and reporting
