About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Operations Specialist to join a dynamic HR team.
- This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR operations and employee inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing cases with accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism while enhancing the employee experience.
- Identify trends in employee inquiries and partner with leadership on process improvements or escalations.
- Experience handling HR service requests or HR operations in a shared services or HR support environment.
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelorâs degree in human resources or a related field OR 5+ years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
- Resourceful and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Experience with Oracle HCM.
- Experience with UKG (Ultipro ) and/or ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee support functions.
Nice to have
- Passion for Human Resources with broad HR knowledge
- SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- $25k-$29k
