Responsibilities
- Houses of Hope is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-driven Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical services within our halfway house programming.
- This position collaborates closely with funders, community partners, referral agencies, and organizational leadership to strengthen program effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to licensed clinical staff and direct care personnel
- Lead staff trainings, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on program development, budgeting, and quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, human services, social work, or related field
Nice to have
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) preferred
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Medicaid and insurance processes preferred
