Staff Manager, Systems Design Engineering
Developing system level requirements, supporting the decomposition of requirements to component levels, and leading the verification of requirements.
Leading the design process and providing technical leadership within Moog's program scope.
Creating concise reports and proposal write-ups that describe the design decisions and analysis results.
Working with other systems engineering team members to generate and maintain traceability of test and analysis cases to requirements.
Lead system or subsystem-level integration and test.

This position requires a high degree of foresight and creativity to anticipate and solve unprecedented engineering problems.
5+ years of experience in a similar systems/design engineering role.
Proficiency with requirements management tools, preferably DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System).
Proven specific capabilities/competencies in requirements management, verification and validation methods, and integration and test.
Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering
Master's Degree preferred.
Cameo experience is a plus!

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
