About the role
- Ensuring project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations remain aligned while proactively contributing recommendations to improve project outcomes and execution.
- Supporting project governance by monitoring performance metrics, identifying risks, documenting issues, and managing change requests.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with technical and clinical resources to deliver successful customer projects from planning through implementation.
- Utilizing sound judgment within established processes to maintain compliance, resolve challenges, and support overall project performance.
- Resolving moderately complex issues, managing customer communications, and helping maintain a positive customer experience through implementation and ongoing project activities.
- Partners with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies, drive continuous improvement, and minimize impacts to project schedules, budgets, and customer commitments.
Requirements
- The ability to work cross functionally and influence others without authority.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Nice to have
- You've acquired experience through internships, academic projects, or early-career roles in project management.
- Prior professional experience is not required, but exposure to these areas is highly preferred.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or an equivalent field of study.
- PMP/PMI/ACP certification is a plus.
Compensation
- The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
