Responsibilities

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
  • Drive client retention through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Participant Services to resolve client needs.
  • Support leadership with client presentations and retention initiatives.

Compensation

  • The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 annually.
  • At Strongpoint Partners, salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position across all U.S. locations.
  • Individual compensation is determined based on geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
  • Total compensation includes base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
