About the role

  • We seek a highly organized, safety-conscious and experienced logistics and transportation professional to oversee the management and performance of our Autonomous Vehicle Operators (truck drivers) and local vehicle fleet.
  • This role is onsite five days per week in Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • maintain driver qualifications, training, and testing programs.
  • Route Scheduling: Plan daily routes, manage driver schedules, reduce overtime, and improve efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Address real-time logistical issues and provide hands-on operational support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in transportation or fleet operations with a focus on driver supervision.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian transportation regulations (NSC, MTO) and safety protocols.
  • Experience with route planning tools and fleet management systems.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug/alcohol screening, and MVR (driver's abstract).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
