Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Schrödinger's agentic AI (Bunsen) to create next-generation tools for force field development
As a member of our Force Fields team, you'll work with a team of scientists and engineers to build atomistic physics-based models with unprecedented levels of accuracy.

Intermediate-level knowledge of the Python programming language
Experience with force field parameterization and methods development

We're seeking a Force Field Scientist to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life by transforming the discovery of therapeutics and materials!
Our multidisciplinary drug discovery team also leverages the software platform to advance collaborative programs and its own pipeline of novel therapeutics to address unmet medical needs.
