About the role
- PeakHealth AI is rebuilding primary care around proactive longevity.
- Translate clinician workflows and complex lab data into intuitive, consumer-grade UX - then bring it to life through performant, secure APIs and data models.
- Backend fluency: Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres, and comfort with Prisma or similar ORMs.
Responsibilities
- What you'll own Build and scale full-stack features across mobile-web and desktop using React, TypeScript, Next.js (frontend) and Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres (backend).
- Pragmatic about tech debt and infra - you ship, own, and debug your code in production.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of product engineering experience with strong ownership across the stack.
- 3+ years of React/Next.js experience
