Responsibilities
- Providing encouragement to Team Members to build the best team possible
- Critical ability to perform the human relations functions such as training Retaining, and counseling on personal and professional problems.
- Responsible for all Production Operations at the facility; includes managing all production supervisor's department production schedules product rotation CCP verification schedules and overseeing safety committee; includes responsibility to review team members in these roles and develop improve deficient areas

Requirements
- Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections
- Some travel required as needed.
Nice to have
- 3 years in a manufacturing environment or poultry and prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Two years employment at Tyson or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with processing floor operation is a plus
- knowledge of fresh meats processing a plus.
- High school diploma

- Basic computer skills helpful.
