About the role
- Evaluates the organization's future workforce needs to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
Responsibilities
- As a Commercial Sales Lead HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to revenue-generating teams, aligning people strategy with sales goals to drive growth, productivity, and talent management.
- The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation critical to driving business value and creating a best-in-class employee experience in a manner consistent with the company's mission and values.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or MBA
- Knowledge of, and experience with, HR systems including payroll, timekeeping, etc.
