About the role
- As a Driver Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact at our Langley Terminal, delivering a high level of service to Drivers and Owner-Operators.
- Passion for delivering exceptional driver/customer service.
Responsibilities
- You will manage inquiries, provide administrative support for the Driver Services department and Langley terminal, and contribute to special projects in a fast-paced environment.
- We are ready to welcome exceptional, high potential contributors who aspire to lead people and processes in the pursuit of service excellence in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- 3-4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service or service-driven role.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
