About the role

What we learned was simple: infrastructure is everything.
We lacked buildings, roads, water, power, communications, and waste management, and constructing them took far more time and resources than it should have.
From a first-principles perspective, that doesn't make sense.

Own end-to-end program execution for a major U.S. Government contract, including scope, schedule, budget, compliance, and performance
Serve as primary interface to U.S. Government stakeholders and partners and translate requirements into executable plans, milestones, and operational rhythms
Drive safety and risk management in hazardous environments and enforce a strong safety culture across all field activities
Build and lead multidisciplinary teams including operators, field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors with clear accountability and high execution standards
Own reporting cadence and performance tracking and drive continuous improvement based on lessons learned and government feedback
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

10+ years of experience leading large-scale construction, remediation, disaster relief, or heavy civil operations
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
